Top 400 Taxpayers

Earlier this week, Davis Wessel of the Wall Street Journal took a look at the top 400 US tax payers and found some interesting alarming facts. To make the top 400, a taxpayer had to have income of more than $138.8 million. According to the article: The top 400 tax payers got 1.59% of total US household income (3 times as much as they got in the 1990s).
